Anfield Property Sourcing is run by father and son team Oli and Nick Walsh.

Nick has been investing in property for over thirty years. Initially doing it as a sideline to his principal career as a civil engineer, he now spends all his working time doing property related business. He has bought, rented and sold flats, houses and commercial properties in the UK and overseas. Currently he has a portfolio of over 20 properties mainly in Manchester and Liverpool. He sees the north (and particularly the north west) of England as an excellent investment opportunity over the next two or three years.

Oli has been investing in property for 5 years, initially as a side-project to create some passive income, and then left his career as a Managing Consultant at IBM in 2017 to continue his property journey full time. He has a personal portfolio of 17 properties in Liverpool and London. He also runs Revilo Properties, a refurbishment, letting and management company in Liverpool.

At the start of 2018, Oli and Nick purchased 13 abandoned 2-bed terraced houses from a housing association in Anfield. They moved to the area and grew a team who refurbished the properties and now rent them out to local families. Anfield is now a second home to them and they have seen first hand the impact that private investment has had on regenerating the area. They aim to educate and promote Anfield to other investors who aren’t familiar with the area, and are looking for a fantastic place to invest in property.
